What we collect
When you sign up: your first name, email address, that you confirmed you are 18 or over, and the monthly limit you chose.
When you pay in: the amount, the date, a payment reference, and the name of the bank you paid from. Payments are handled by TrueLayer (for bank payments) and Stripe (for card payments). They see your bank or card details. We do not.
When you play: the games you play, the tokens you win and your streak.
If you win: the bank account to pay the prize into.
On your device: the app stores your progress on your phone so it works without signal.
What we use it for
Running your account, holding and returning your money, and running the Sunday draw.
Keeping to the limits in our terms and spotting cheating.
Emailing you about your account, your money and the draw. We will not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Learning from the pilot. We look at how people play in total, not at individuals, and we publish only numbers that cannot identify anyone.
What we never do
We never sell your data.
We never share it with gambling companies or advertisers.
We never see your bank login or your card number.
Who we share it with
TrueLayer and Stripe, to move money in and out.
Cloudflare, which hosts the website and stores the account records.
Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Where it is kept and for how long
Records are kept on Cloudflare's systems, which may store data in the UK, the EU or the United States with the usual legal protections. We keep your account records for as long as you have money with us, then for 6 years as the law requires for financial records. Game records are deleted 12 months after your account closes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your money has been returned. Email mark@system-two.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
